Oral
Presentations
All speakers should come to the Speaker Preparation Desk (located next to
the Registration Desk) immediately after registering. At the Speaker
Preparation Desk, a technician will check you in, upload your presentation
and then ask you to briefly review and finalize your presentation. This is a
very important step because there may be compatibility problems with the
computers supplied in each room. Internet connectivity is not available in
oral session rooms.
If you are attending the ICCC for the day of your session only,
please visit the Speaker Preparation Desk as early as possible to test and
have your presentation file loaded into the computer in your session room
prior to the start of your session.

Poster

Posters
should be put up on Monday morning, before 2pm. All posters will remain in
place
throughout the conference and should be removed on Friday morning, before
12pm. Note:
The Conference cannot be held responsible for author materials left behind
at the end of the conference.
We will
provide standard poster boards (approximately 2.5 m x 1 m) and materials to
affix your poster to these boards. To ensure the best possible display of
all posters we require your poster to be A0 in size (no larger than 0.9 m
wide and 1.25 m tall), and in portrait alignment. The font used should be
CLEARLY readable from a distance of at least 1.0- 1.2 m by the viewer, and
it is strongly recommended that the presenting author(s) place a photograph
of themselves on the top right-hand corner of the poster.
